Complete Painting Solution

A complete production line for liquid painting.

A liquid painting plant combines multiple process stages to prepare, paint, dry and finish industrial components in a controlled production environment.

Instead of treating each machine as an isolated piece of equipment, the complete plant connects the different stages through a coordinated material-handling and process arrangement.

Depending on the coating system and production requirements, the line can include pretreatment, drying, liquid paint application, flash-off, curing or baking, cooling, conveyor and exhaust systems.

Complete Plant

Liquid Coating

Custom Layout

01

Loading

Components are loaded onto suitable fixtures, hangers, racks or the conveyor system according to the plant configuration.

02

Pretreatment

The component surface is cleaned and prepared according to the required liquid painting process.

03

Drying

After pretreatment, components pass through a drying stage to remove moisture before paint application.

04

Liquid Painting

Prepared components enter the liquid paint booth where the selected coating is applied using the appropriate application method.

05

Flash-Off / Drying

Depending on the coating system, a controlled flash-off or intermediate drying stage can be provided.

06

Curing / Baking

Where the coating system requires thermal curing, components are processed through the appropriate curing or baking oven.

07

Cooling

Components are allowed to cool before inspection, handling and unloading.

08

Unloading

Finished components are removed from the production line and moved for inspection, packing or further processing.

Plant Components

Everything required for a coordinated painting line.

The complete plant can be configured with the required combination of equipment according to the coating process, component and production requirements.
